Welcome to the Bear Facts Specialist Report "Informational" Web Site. This site will provide Investors with information on how to invest properly in the stock market. The information presented on this site is based on the information provided by the  "Congressional Commission Report", (Report of Special Study of Securities Markets of the Securities and Exchange Commission),  issued in 1963, information written by the late Mr. Richard Ney, and Dr. Patrick Byrne , and other related information I have written. As you page through the site you will find documentation files on how the market really works, all of which can be downloaded to your computer.  

It was my intent when building this site to inform investors of the "Specialist System" and how it affects the investors ability to profit in the marketplace. Anyone who invests in the market deserves to know the truth about what and who they are investing against. After viewing all of the features on this site please send us your feedback on how your visit was. With the advent of major Corporations moving away from traditional pension plans, and with Companies steering their employees into using other investment plans such as  401K, 403B, IRA  pension plans, etc., for retirement, this will put more and more employee's into the position of becoming first time investors in the market place. I felt that this information was essential to those investors so that they would have a better understanding of the markets that they would be investing in. My Mission

My mission is to show investors how to make money in a market environment that is controlled in every aspect against them. The market place as it is configured now guides investors in a way that continually takes them in an opposite direction from where they wish to go, and points them in a direction which allows them to consistently lose money. After reading the information presented on the sites "Specialist System Page" you will be able to make money in the market place, "not despite the fact the Stock Exchange is "Rigged" against you, but because it is "Rigged" against you," and by following the "Specialists" and "Exchange Insiders" movements you can then "Piggyback" their moves in and out of stocks.
