When viewing the graphs imbedded in these stock reports if you wish to get a better view of an individual graph go to the menu bar on your Internet Browser Program and enlarge the "Page View" from 100% to 200% or more depending on how large you wish to enlarge the picture.

The following information on the stocks listed below is based on the information on how the "Specialist System" works and the charting philosophies, "Formations To Buy And Sell On", described in the "Portfolio Selection" page of the Bear Facts Specialist System Report Web Site. I am neither an agent for, nor do I receive any compensation from any of the companies listed below. I strongly recommend that readers do their own research before investing in any of the stocks listed below or the Market in general. I recommend that you use the information contained in these reports only as a tool with which to help you decide where and how to invest your finances.

These recommendations are based on the actions of the individual specialists who run these stocks and the action of the specialist system as a whole in the manipulation of the NYSE. The charting techniques used in my decision making process for determining the stocks movements are based on the information listed in the "Portfolio Selection" page on this site.

The stocks listed in the Bear Facts Portfolio historical section were stocks which were meant to be purchased as long term investments, holding them for at least a year or more. Specialists had accumulated these issues at the Markets lows, and held them as the Market continued to move radically higher. Now they have all hit their cumulative highs where they are being sold for massive profits by Specialists, and us

In their place I am now incorporating a list of "Eleven" ETF's, Electronically Traded Funds, into the Model Portfolio. These are the ETF's that I have purchased (and will be purchasing), because they will do extremely well as the Market moves dramatically lower and has short-term corrections in between. Some of these issues are "Not" to be purchased at this time. These issues are being added to allow investors the opportunity to do their own do-diligence on which if any of these issues will fit into their portfolio's. They are also being added to show investors the "potential" profits that can be derived from these ETF funds when used properly (short-term).

These ETF funds are split into two categories. The "five" funds listed in "green" are to be purchased as the Market moves higher. Conversely, the "Five" issues listed in "red" are to be purchased as the Market moves lower. Each issue listed below has its "polar opposite" issue below it. All of these ETF funds are 3 times return funds, indicating that whichever way the Market is headed, they will return 3 times the daily return of the Market. The last fund in the table, SKF is a 2 times return fund. When used properly, these ETF's can return dramatic profits to investors. These issues are to be used as "short-term" investing vehicles. These funds can be "very volatile" so consider that fact when deciding your investing future as this Market prepares for its decline!

Whether you decide to purchase these Market instruments or not is your choice. "Only you can best decide where to  place your money, and any decision you make will put your money at risk. I assume no responsibility for the outcome of your actions in your portfolio do to your investing strategies"

Unlike the stocks listed in the model portfolio there will be "no reports" generated on the ETF Funds. Only "Buy" and "Sell" recommendations will be published on the table below. Those on the "Master E-Mail List" will have prior knowledge of our intentions on moving into or out of these funds.

As of 03/12/10 The Bear Facts Specialist Report model portfolio has a cumulative net gain since its inception on October 10, 2007 of 38.5% compared to a net loss of -25.6% for the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
