I have had many inquirer's ask why I have included the information listed on this page on my site. The answer to all of those questions is a simple, "because it is relevant to today's market place." Although the information listed on this page is at least thirty to forty years or more in the rears of the current date and time except for several new articles at the bottom of the page, the information contained in each of the articles is relevant to the current market and its manipulation. While the names of the individuals in the articles are different from those individuals who are manipulating the market place today, the way that the market is being manipulated has not changed in those 40 some years.

This page contains files of "Historical Information" and commentary on the specialist system and how it operates as a "secret entity" in the background, on the floor of the "New York Stock Exchange" in direct competition with investors not for the benefit of investors as the "media" would have you believe. The articles and letters posted on this page are derived from not only the Special Study Report of the Securities and Exchange Commission issued in 1963, but also personal letters issued by such authors as Richard Ney and Senator Lee Metcalf, who co-chaired the Special Study Commission and others. The majority of the Historical Information was written by Richard Ney. This information will allow the investor to see just how the markets were manipulated then and how they are manipulated now against them on a daily basis and how every stock on the New York Stock Exchange is included in the deception. I encourage all investors to take the time necessary to read these articles, and learn just how corrupt the Stock Exchange is when it comes to fair play as far as the investing public is concerned.
